Apple Cider Herbal Spice Blend: Pour two quarts of fresh apple juice into a large pot. Stir in the spice blend and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 min, stirring halfway through. Strain out the herbs and serve with fresh garnish!
Organic Ingredients: Orange Peel, Cloves, Cinnamon Bark, Star Anise, Ginger, Allspice, Rosemary
Mulled "Wine" Herbal Spice Blend: This supportive blend is very warming a delicious. We use organic dried elderberry and hibiscus flowers as the base, which makes this an excellent choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the rich spiced-berry flavor of mulled wine, sans the wine!
How to Brew: (Herbal Version) Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Stir in the spice blend in addition to fresh orange spices. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Strain the herbs from the mulled wine and stir in 3-4 tbsp of honey or sweeten to your taste preference.
(Classic Version) Make the herbal vesion with only 3 cups of water, simmering for 15 minutes. Add 750 mL red wine and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes. Strain herbs from the brew and sweeten with honey to taste.
