Spice Blends:

Cajun Seasoning: Rustic, bold, and spicy. This recipe comes straight from the bayou and with pungent flavors that will serve well as a dry rub for pork or chicken, flavoring boudin sausage, or dirty rice with a deep south kick. 

 

Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Onion, Spanish paprika, Black pepper, Cayenne, Thyme, Parsley, Red pepper

Berbere: Hot and aromatic with a touch of sweetness, "Berbere" literally translates to "hot". It goes great with lamb or lentil dishes, but for an easy treat try it sprinkled on some popcorn.

Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Ginger, Cumin, Methi Leaves, Cayenne, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Allspice, Clove, and Garlic.

Chai Masala- Unlike your normal drive-thru chai, this blend is inspired by Indian street flavors: heavier on the ginger and cardamom, lighter on the cinnamon. Mix it directly in a cup of your favorite black tea to your preferred strength and enjoy!

Chai Pani Ginger Chai- Straight off the Chai Pani menu, the warming flavors of black tea, cut ginger, and whole cardamom make this Ginger Chai a soothing bevy that is comfort in a cup!  To recreate this Chai Pani fave, bring 1 cup of milk, 1 cup water, a splash of half & half, & 1 Tbs of the blend to a simmer. Strain into your best mug, sweeten to your liking, and enjoy!

CTC black tea, ginger, cardamom

Cracked Coriander and Pepper-Citrusy and lightly spicy, with the added zip of mustard, black pepper, and garlic, this all-in-one blend is pre-mixed for maximum flavor with minimum effort. The zippy, lemon-like freshness of the crunchy coriander adds a bright top-note to the otherwise earthy, peppered flavors. The combo would go well with light meats like pork or chicken but is equally well-suited to sprinkling over sautéed vegetables.

Black pepper, kosher salt, garlic, coriander, yellow mustard, paprika, rosemary, and thyme.

Creole: Reminiscent of its Euro-classical roots, this blend is delicate, herbaceous, mild. Fitting perfectly in tomato-based dishes, try using this seasoning in your favorite gumbo or jambalaya recipe.
